Philip Could
Founder and Director of Frog International
In 2003, with nothing more than a belief that he could help the hair and beauty industry Philip founded Frog. From scratch, Philip (along with Simon Murray) have developed a program that enables hundreds of stylists, therapists and salon owners to have a much better way of life.
Philip has owned and managed businesses starting with turnovers from just a few thousand to over $20 million dollars annually. He is a Business Mentor, Writer and International Speaker. Philip has developed Frog into New Zealand’s leading Salon Coaching Team. Since then he and his team have worked with hundreds of Salons throughout both New Zealand and Australia.
Simon Murray
Director of Frog International
Known for his great reserves of energy, quick wit and positive outlook on life, Simon is the kind of person who gets people believing in themselves and delivering great results!
Simon was running multi-million dollar businesses from the age of 19 and quickly gained a reputation as someone who always increases the bottom line. Simon moved into the salon Industry in 2001 as a part owner of 3 Hair Salons doubling the annual turnover within 18 months.
He is a Business Mentor, Sales Trainer, Presenter and Writer and has been instrumental in turning many businesses around over the years, winning awards for his efforts. His understanding of the Industry and the opportunities that exist for growth and development have assisted numerous salon clients to exceed their business expectations and win major awards! Simon is based in Melbourne Victoria.
