You have the opportunity to build your own business with the full support of Frog in marketing, training and on-going mentoring.

Your role:

You will provide monthly sales and leadership training to salon teams and one-on-one coaching to the salon team leader using a proven program that achieves results while being fun.

The program is designed around measuring the core salon KPI's while focusing on team culture, team success and individual growth.

You will also be required to sell the Frog training program to potential clients in order to build your client base with the full support of a dedicated South Island Agent.

What we are looking for:

The successful applicant will have a background in either the hair and/or beauty industry as a product sales representative or trainer, salon owner, manager, successful hair stylist or beauty therapist.

You will be a self-starter who is committed to developing a successful business that benefits the Hair & Beauty Industry who loves meeting people, having fun and seriously wants to help salon businesses and each individual to grow and be successful.

Ideally you will have existing contact and relationships in the local Industry.
