How long has frog coaching been working with Hair and Beauty businesses?
Frog Coaching was launched in 2001 by Philip Gould and Cherie Christensen. Multi Salon Owner/Manager Simon Murray came on board in 2002 and the Frog journey began in earnest. Since then Frog Coaching has grown to become New Zealand and Australia’s largest and most successful Hair & Beauty Coaching Company. We got to be #1 because Frog Coaches are ‘World Class’ and we will “drag ourselves over cut glass” to deliver on our promises! And Frog Coaching is Fun!
What sort of sales improvements Can I expect to achieve With frog coaching?
We look at what each person is achieving before we begin Coaching and compare that to what you as the Owner believe they could be achieving. Then we agree on some exciting individual daily sales goals for each person. Once that’s done Frog Coaching and Goal “Smashing” begins! Typically individual sales goals are for increases of @ $50-$150 + per day or @ $11,500 - $34,500 + per year.
Can a frog coach just work with me?
Definitely. We work with Sole Operators, Owners & Managers 1-on-1 depending on what they want to achieve.
Do owners have to be part of frog training?
We understand that sometimes Owners just need someone else to train their Team and want to be able to step back. This can be the perfect opportunity for someone in your Team to step up as Team Leader and maybe the future Salon Manager. It’s an important decision so you need to flag this when you first talk with a Frog Coach.
